Wood Effect Lacquering

Using sublimation techniques in appropriate ovens, and applying films of different colors and textures, we offer a wide range of wood-effect lacquers, with a high level of quality, durability, and realism.
Wood-effect lacquering, or decorative lacquering, is a type of finish that gives profiles an aesthetic effect imitating wood.
Its pre-treatment is the same as conventional lacquering, however, the paint used in the process is a transparent and porous polyurethane, a non-toxic product resistant to weather conditions, with high mechanical resistance and UV protection.

Afterwards, through a heat transfer process, sublimation occurs, where the decoration on a special film sheet penetrates the base paint previously applied to the profiles, achieving penetration thicknesses on the order of 70 micrometers.
Besides being applicable to all types of profiles, decorative lacquering is also widely used to decorate panels.
It is the recommended finish for the interior part of thermal break systems, where one can opt for lacquered or anodized finishes on the exterior and on the interior for a "wood" finish similar to furniture, providing a warmer finish than classic aluminum finishes.
