Prime Maglev
180 mm
System Features
Integrating a patented magnetic levitation technology, this system allows windows or doors to float permanently in the air, free from their own weight, gliding effortlessly and decelerating through inertia and brush friction.
This product operates without electrical connections, using the timeless technology of magnetism, allowing the user, with a simple gesture, to slide the doors smoothly, without wear or noise.
The Prime MagLev system consists of an innovative levitation mechanism integrated into the floor, ensuring perfect continuity between interior and exterior spaces, without any architectural barrier, leaving only a 10 mm groove sealed with weatherstripping and no protrusions.
This innovative, minimalist-concept product combines maximum transparency with minimal structural visibility and includes two integrated floor solutions — one with visible surface cladding profiles, and another with finishes identical to the surrounding flooring.
Aluminium Profiles
Profiles extruded in aluminium alloy 6060 for architectural use in accordance with standard NP EN 12020-02.
Thermal break profiles obtained through the insertion of 6.6 polyamide strips reinforced with 25% glass fibre: 14.6 mm in fixed frames and 32 mm in sliding frames.
Average aluminium profile thickness: 2 mm.
Fixed Frames
Perimetral or straight-cut fixed frame sections: 82.7 mm (mono-rail), 180 mm (bi-rail), or 277.3 mm (tri-rail).
Bottom sliding track in aluminium with high-performance double bearings or stainless-steel rail guide.
This system includes threshold solutions flush-mounted into the floor to ensure full integration, as well as pre-frames for more efficient installation and drainage. Optional interior or exterior finishing trims are also available.
Sliding Frames
Extremely slim straight-cut frame sections assembled mechanically.
Double or triple insulating glazing with secondary silicone sealing from 34 mm to 56 mm total thickness, combining external tempered or heat-strengthened glass with internal tempered or laminated-tempered glass.
Recommended structural silicones for vertical glass bonding: Dow Corning 895 (black) or Sikasil SG20 (black).
Reinforced sashes for large-scale configurations.
Optional mosquito-screen system.

Handles available in anodized or lacquered finishes to facilitate smooth opening and closing.
Optional lock for exterior/interior opening.
Performance
System certified by a notified laboratory for Initial Type Tests (ITT) in accordance with EN 14351-1:2006 + A2:2016, for CE Marking purposes.
Evaluation of the PRIME System in a 2-leaf door configuration with or without recessed threshold:
• Air permeability: Class 4 (test standards EN 12207 and EN 1026)
• Water tightness: Class 8A (test standards EN 12208 and EN 1027)
• Wind resistance: Class B4 (test standards EN 12210 and EN 12211)
Acoustic attenuation coefficient for a 2-leaf opening with acoustic glass 66.2 Stratophone / 16 / 88.2 Stratophone:
• Rw (C; Ctr) = 37 dB (0; -1)
Thermal transmittance coefficient for a 2-leaf opening measuring 6.0 m x 3.0 m with double glazing Ug = 0.5 W/m²K, “Warm Edge” spacer and solar factor g = 0.37:
• Uw = 0.98 W/m²K
Application zones according to REH and RECS regulations (depending on Ug value):
• I1, I2, I3, V1, V2, V3
