System Features

The Zenith door system is ideal for the manufacture of various types of doors, including hinged, pivot, concealed and swing, offering a complete and versatile solution for any project.

With excellent thermal and acoustic performance, these doors are ideal for any environment, providing superior insulation that enhances indoor comfort and the building’s energy efficiency.

Aluminium Profiles

Profiles with thermal break obtained through the insertion of omega-type polyamide insulating bars of 20 mm, 24 mm, and 30 mm reinforced with 25% fibreglass. The profiles are also equipped with anti-bimetal polyamides to minimise the bimetal effect on doors with strong sun exposure.

Average aluminium profile thickness: 2 mm.

Fixed Frames

Fixed frame depth: 85 mm with triple chamber for the pivot system.

Fixed frame depth: 70 mm with triple chamber for hinged and swing systems.

Profiles with thermal break obtained through omega-type 24 mm polyamide bars.

Fixed frames with double quick-tightening corner cleats.

Movable Frames

Movable frame depth: 85 mm with triple chamber for pivot doors, and 70 mm for hinged or swing doors.

The pivoting or hinged system allows the use of single or double panels, either bonded with silicone or installed using a magnetic process — an innovative magnet-based solution that enables easy replacement of the panels.

Pivot System:

Minimum – maximum leaf dimensions: 1000 mm – 2200 mm (W); 1700 mm – 4000 mm (H);

Maximum weight: up to 500 kg.

Hinged System:

Minimum – maximum leaf dimensions: 700 mm – 1800 mm (W); 1700 mm – 3000 mm (H);

Maximum weight: up to 220 kg.

Swing System:

Minimum – maximum leaf dimensions: 600 mm – 1400 mm (W); 1700 mm – 3000 mm (H);

Maximum weight: up to 250 kg.

Single-leaf pivot door with right or left opening for interior or exterior, with or without fixed panel.

Single or double-leaf hinged door with right or left opening for interior or exterior, with or without fixed panel.

Single or double-leaf swing door with optional anti-finger-trap system.

Possibility of using pivot sets supporting up to 250 kg or 500 kg, allowing various opening options through access control and smart home integration via the 500 kg pivot axis.

Access control available via keypad, fingerprint, biometric, or card system, with Wi-Fi connectivity.

For hinged doors, reinforced hinges are available for intensive use, certified for up to 1,000,000 cycles, or channel hinges certified for up to 200,000 cycles.

Pivot door glazing infill: double or triple glazing from 24 mm to 70 mm.

Hinged or swing door glazing infill: double or triple glazing from 20 mm to 55 mm.

Optional hidden handle or electromagnetic opening system on the external handle.

Watertightness ensured by marine-grade EPDM gaskets.
