FX Inverted Curtain

System Features

FX is a next-generation minimalist façade system composed of a set of profiles and accessories with a visible section of 45 mm on both the interior and exterior sides. It allows the creation of various structures in accordance with the latest architectural trends, always ensuring maximum reliability and performance.

The FX system allows for the execution of five structural versions:

• FX Inverted Wall

• FX Elliptical Cap

• FX Semi-Structural

• FX Structural

• FX Unitized

Caps of 45 mm with various architectural designs are clipped onto a pre-machined counter-cap and fixed to the aluminium structure.

Allows convex and concave angles from 1º to 10º using a single mullion.

Possibility of projected or casement openings.

Includes a minimalist window system for one or two sashes, with concealed tilt-and-turn hardware operated by an innovative concealed handle.

Glazing thickness: from 8 mm to 48 mm.

Aluminium Profiles

The aluminium profiles are extruded from 6060 aluminium alloy for architecture, in accordance with standard NP EN 12020-02.

Thermal break profiles are obtained by inserting polyamide insulating bars reinforced with 25% glass fibre.

Structure

Mullions and transoms of 45 mm with various spans from 15 mm to 250 mm, designed to meet the structural inertia requirements of each project.

Mullion/transom connection through straight-cut joints, without machining.

Both mullions and transoms include drainage and ventilation channels, which, together with an EPDM gasket system, ensure excellent water tightness and air permeability.

Mullions are fixed to the main structure using dimensioned fixing brackets.

Possibility of oblique transoms up to 45º.

Performances

System certified by a notified laboratory for Initial Type Testing (ITT) according to product standard NP EN 13830:2015+A1:2021, for CE Marking purposes.
