CE Marking (European Commission)
Certification introduced by the European Commission to ensure that windows and external pedestrian doors comply with the EU standard EN 14351-1.
Mandatory since February 2010.
Without the CE Marking label, it will not be possible to market windows or external pedestrian doors from this date.
The sole party responsible for CE Marking is the frame manufacturer. However, aware of the technical and training effort this standard will require, Anicolor has implemented the necessary means for product installers to begin applying the CE mark.
Anicolor has created a dedicated CE Marking area to assist, advise, and ensure our clients fully comply with standard EN 14351-1.
CE Marking in 3 steps:
• Factory Production Control (FPC)
• Initial Type Testing (ITT)
• CE Marking Label / Declaration of Conformity
