CW System
Perimetral sliding system with thermal break and straight line with capacity to triple glazing for contemporary architecture.
This system was designed to meet the highest requirements thermal / acoustical and to provide the best benefits of comfort, economy and performance.
Main characteristics:
• Rim: 105mm
• Fitment: 48mm
• Central view of 79,5mm or 87mm
• Maximum weight per sheet 300 Kg
• Glass until 36mm
Opening possibilities:
• Sliding: 2, 3, 4 and 6 leaves.
• Sliding "galandage": 1 and 2 leaves.
Finishes:
• Polyester powder coated colours;
• Wood effect paint;
• Anodizing.
Categories achieved in the evaluation of the window typology of the CW system:
• Air permeability: Class 3 (test standard EN 1026)
• Watertightness: Class 7A (test standard EN 1027)
• Wind resistance: Class C5 (test standard EN 12211)
Categories achieved in the evaluation of the door typology of the CW system:
• Permeability to air: Class 3 (test standard EN 1026)
• Watertightness: Class 6A (test standard EN 1027)
• Wind resistance: Class B3 (test standard EN 12211)
Categories achieved in the evaluation of the lift and slide door typology of the CW system:
• Air permeability: Class 4 (test standard EN 1026)
• Watertightness: Class 7A (test standard EN 1027)
• Wind resistance: Class C3 (test standard EN 12211)
Categories achieved in the evaluation of the CW system for determining maneuvering forces (EN 12046):
• Release of lock hardware: Class 2
• Sheet opening: Class 1
• Leaf Clasp: Class 2
• Locking hardware coupling: Class 2
Category achieved in determining resistance to repeated opening and closing (5000 cycles):
• Class 1 (EN 1191)
Coefficient of thermal transfer of 2 sheets vain with 4.0 m x 2.4 m with glass Ug = 0.7 W / m2K, with intercalar effect "Warm Edge":
• Uw = 1.48 (W / m2.K)
Coefficient of acoustic attenuation of 2 sheets vain with acoustic glass 6/16 / 44.1:
• Rw (C; Ctr) = 34 dB (-1; -6)
Application areas according to RCCTE (depending on the value Ug): I1, I2, I3, V1, V2, V3;
