EFAPEL is the winner of 82º Volta a Portugal

The EFAPEL team supported by Anicolor is the big winner of the 82nd Tour of Portugal held between the 4th and 15th of August.

Overall victory by teams, victory in the highest number of stages (6) and overall victory by points (Rafael Reis), is undoubtedly a fantastic result that should make the whole team, staff and sponsors proud.

In the final stage, we regret the fall of “our” Maurício Moreira, who was preparing to reach the first place in the general ranking, who thanks to his enormous resilience, still manage to keep the 2nd place in the chrono and in the general ranking. Rafael Reis, with another excellent race, was the best in the time trial.

Aware of the social responsibility that Anicolor holds, the promotion of physical activity is one of the company's concerns, having supported various activities and teams over the years. Cycling in particular has been a sport in which the company has been present, either through the sponsorship of several teams, or in the creation of the Grande Prémio Anicolor, which integrates the national championship and is now in its 5th edition.

The huge determination, commitment, determination and union which Efapel was represented in the premier competition of national cycling, makes us extremely proud.

An extraordinary team's performance, in one of the best editions of Volta a Portugal.
