System Features

FX is a state-of-the-art minimalist facade system composed of a set of profiles and accessories with a visible section of 45 mm both inside and outside, allowing the execution of various structures according to the latest architectural trends, always with the highest reliability and performance.

The FX system enables the execution of 5 structural versions:
• FX Inverted Wall;
• FX Elliptical Cover;
• FX Semi-Structural;
• FX Structural;
• FX Interlocking.

Facade system that uses thermally broken profiles to manufacture slimline leaves with a flange that retains the glass, mechanically fastened to the aluminum structure using fixings.

Projecting opening achieved through stainless steel hinges with a resistance of 180 kg. Both fixed and projecting leaves are executed with the same perimeter profile, making their distinction imperceptible from the exterior.

Infill from 10 mm to 40 mm.

Includes a minimalist perimeter system for fixed or concealed projecting openings.

Aluminum Profiles

The aluminum profiles are extruded in 6060 aluminum alloy for architecture according to the NP EN 12020-02 standard.

Profiles with thermal break obtained by inserting polyamide rods reinforced with 25% glass fiber.

Structure

• Mullions and transoms of 45 mm with various spans from 15 mm to 250 mm to meet the inertia requirements of each project.
• Connection between mullions and transoms through unions with straight cuts of the profiles without machining.
• The mullions and transoms feature drainage and ventilation channels that, together with an EPDM gasket system, ensure excellent watertightness and permeability.
• The mullions are fixed to the main structure using specially dimensioned parts.
• Possibility of oblique transoms up to 45°.
