Rail system offering four distinct possibilities:
• Rail with only glass;
• Glass rail with a free upper surface;
• Rail with a full handrail;
• Rail with a handrail and a free upper surface.

Aesthetically, it features three types of profiles for the rail:
• Square rail 60 mm;
• Circular rail with a diameter of 67 mm;
• Elliptical rail with an outer dimension of 80 mm.

The BL-Glass System is an innovative, elegant product with a minimalist design and high quality, serving as support along stairs or safety barriers to protect users.

This product offers a transparent, durable aesthetic solution with no maintenance required.

Easy to assemble, with various mounting solutions for better integration into each project.

The system was designed to serve safely in private and public residences, commercial buildings, or service buildings such as:
• Residential activity locations: rooms and bedrooms in private residential buildings, hospital rooms and wards, hotel rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
• Public reception locations: churches, theaters, cinemas, conference rooms, classrooms, meeting rooms, waiting rooms, exhibition halls, dance halls, gyms, stages, public access to administrative, hospital, and hotel buildings, atriums of public transport stations, large commercial warehouses, general commercial areas, offices, cafes, restaurants, reading rooms, receptions, etc.

The BL-Glass System allows for the execution of 3 versions:
• Superior minimalist version;
• Embedded minimalist version;
• Lateral minimalist version.

The BL-Glass System was designed to accommodate laminated-tempered or laminated glass with thicknesses of 66.2, 66.4, 88.2, 88.4, or 1010.2 with a minimum of 2 layers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) between the 2 glass sheets. The glass edges must be beveled.

The system complies with national or international construction standards and meets all safety standards, having been certified according to standard NP 4491:2009.

BL-20 base profile in aluminum with 120 mm x 43 mm;
• Minimum guard height: 1100 mm;
• Maximum recommended width for glass: 2100 mm;
• Base profile fixation in the superior or lateral version at 400 mm intervals;
• Availability of supplementary profile BL-21 for the lateral minimalist version;
• Availability of various upper finishing profiles for a handrail effect;
• Gray SEBS sealing gaskets;
• EPDM marine-quality filling gaskets.

Aluminum Profiles
• The aluminum profiles are extruded in aluminum alloy 6060 for architecture according to standard NP EN 12020-02.
